It's a Seem Editor**** Settings Editor & File Editor all in one!
You can even reset the elusive 'Websessions' file with this tool.
Plus lot**** lots more! If you intend to 'play' with this tool I would suggest using a scrap handset or at least have a full flash backup just in case!!
